Welcome to DevForge LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DevForge LLC website located at devforgeconsulting.com (the "Site"), and any related services provided by DevForge LLC, a New Jersey-based IT consulting firm ("DevForge," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

4. Hyperlinks and Linking Policy
Approved Links: Government agencies, search engines, and accredited news organizations may link to our Site without prior approval, provided links are not deceptive and do not imply endorsement.
Link Requests: Other organizations may request permission by emailing contact@devforgeconsulting.com with your organization details and proposed link URLs. Approval is at DevForge's sole discretion.
No use of DevForge's logo or branding is permitted without a separate trademark license.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
